Dear Friends, Here is the information for the Holiday Gathering. Mary Amsler has generously offered to open her home to our department. Mary's address is: 21 Vicksburg Street in San Francisco. Her zip is 94114; this should help set up your map quest. We will commence at 7 p.m.. Based upon the first letter of your last name, the contributions fall into the following categories:
A - B Appetizers
C - F Salads
G - I Pastas
J - L Vegetarian Dishes
M- R Meat, Fish, Fowl
S - Z Desserts
Please Bring Your Own Beverage + Ice (if needed)
Of course Guests and Children are Welcome
Please Keep the Following in Mind: - Your contribution should serve 10 to 12 people - It should be carved, portioned, or ready to serve so as to not tie up Mary's kitchen - Provide your own serving dish and utensils
We also need: - An early crew to set up the party - A few souls to clean/police while the party takes place - A clean up crew to leave Mary's home spotless before the last guest leaves
Finally, kindly RSVP to Mary at 285-8766 or Bill at 452-7257. It helps to know how many will show so that we can stock up on paper products in advance. Here is hoping there will be a large turnout; we owe ourselves a good party after a semester of hard work.
